Louis Lesser

King of real estate: – Louis Lesser.

To earn is the main thing every businessman is concerned about. The only difference between a businessman and an entrepreneur is that the latter takes many risks and grows further. Being one of the greatest entrepreneurs in United States of America is not a small thing. Louis Lesser is just that and he has worked hard to gain such a respect.

Donald Trump has named him as the LEGEND and it is an honor to be talked about by the tycoon himself. But Donald Trump has basically been related to real estate, and of course, controversies. But Louis Lesser has numerous businesses under his wings.

There are many interesting moments between Louis Lesser and Donald Trump. Both are real estate tycoons and both had a liking for beautiful rooms. But the living room of Donald’s tower was the most significant and attractive according to Louis. This was in comparison with the queens and the politicians with whom Louis was very friendly.

The relationship between both these tycoons was very strong. Louis had a great vision and had developed a lot of real estate properties in the past. Therefore he was a mentor for rich investors. After all he developed over 60000 properties in U.S.A and was considered a great entrepreneur at the time of John. F. Kennedy.

This was the time when Lou developed the Barrington Plaza. This Property is considered as the biggest urban restitution project. This project was undertaken in western U.S.A and developed lot of residential as well as commercial opportunities.

This property interestingly served as a shelter during the phases of assumptions of a nuclear war. With all due respect, Louis was appointed to the L.A disaster commission due to this major contribution.

Talking of business, Louis has many of them running over most parts of U.S.A and has been growing them ever since they have been established. He has truly supported the government by giving them homes for their various purposes.

Over 3350 military houses were constructed by Lou which were provided on rent in Hawaii and U.S. this was a great support for the stay of military officers during conflicts as well as when they were performing their respective duties.

Industrial expansion is yet another function which was carried out by Louis Lesser. He developed tract housing and expanded them so widely that industrial growth was automatically provided to the areas. The Suburban Sprawl is the best example for this.

There were many such developments like the southward, westward and the eastward sprawls which carried out the same function.

There are many more constructions which can be clearly found out under the name of Louis Lesser. Talking about the name, the controversy of stealing one cannot be ignored. The Lesser towers were the concept developed by Louis Lesser.

This apartment had a roof top swimming pool and mainly, a garden. This was a new concept which later included gym and sauna baths in it. But another tycoon, Donald Sterling added his own name to it and started developing the projects under this concept. It was only cleared when L.A times stated the reality that the concept was actually Lou’s.

This man, Louis Lesser will always be one of the greatest, in fact the greatest of all the real estate entrepreneurs in the world.

3 Top Real Estate Entrepreneurs USA

3 Top Real Estate Entrepreneurs USA

There are thousands of Real Estate Entrepreneurs in the USA. The number is impossible to count. However, many are successful. Fewer are truly successful. Less still are astounding in their achievement.

Are you a Real Estate Investor, Write in with your Business Profile and let us make you even more famous by publishing your profile.

John Catsimatidis

In the early part of his real estate and business career, this man opened a shop in Manhattan under the ridiculous name of ‘Seven Eleven’. Look what happened.

He also engaged in other ventures, true diversification into oil and publishing.

He has done very well for himself – $600million well – but has suffered his fair share of loss too.

Melvin Simon

Melvin Simon or Simon Melvin (I’m confused) is a hard core real estate entrepreneur. He owns a company and the company in turn owns nearly 400 properties. So either he is rich. Or his company is rich. Or both. I own one property so I have 399 more to go!

Nevertheless,  he has been involved in Malls, Movies and most probably something else exciting that begins with M.

He’s from the Bronx and has bought whole basketball teams. (I once bought a basket ball. It was blue.)

Laura Barry

Laura Barry is in fact a real estate agent. I guess you could argue that there is a clear distinction between a real estate agent and a real estate entrepreneur but Laura is good at what she does. And that is getting you into your dream-come-true home.

She knows Sand Diego. Really well and so this must be her secret. During recessions, she inevitably conducted huge volume s of sales by effectively matching buyers to the right homes in the right locations for them.

3 Top Real Estate Entrepreneurs from the USA

3 Top Real Estate Entrepreneurs from the USA

Of course there are thousands of successful real estate entrepreneurs but this week, we look at 3 of my favourite.

Michael Saunders

Michael Saunders, (a woman) hails from Florida. South West to be precise. Her Company, Michael Saunders and Company exists as a result of her dedication to a specific vision and immense hard work. Her company is on the top 500 women-owned businesses in Florida. Excellent achievement.

Jason Pomeranc

Hotels are his thing. He is a millionaire. More specifically, Jason belongs on this list of top real estate entrepreneurs because he has been able to create self value, nigh on Billions and incorporate a love for boutique hotels. Posh rooms to you and me.

Jason Pomeranc has a sort of… well… interest in Hollywood and the movies.

He shot a movie featuring two actors. (Thats it). It lasted a little over 10 minutes. He also has a thing about writing to Hollywood Top Actors.

Phillip Ruffin

I like Phil. Phillip Ruffin has a less than rags to more than riches story. Specifically, he dropped out of college to make Burgers. Then he made it to the Forbes Rich List. And not to serve the people on the list juicy burgers either. Essentially, he used his savings to invest in oil and property (sounds easy).

Phillip Ruffin owns a hotel group and a park. Does that put you any Forbes list? U.m.. no. That’s because he owns a ton of other stuff. (Remember he’s a billionaire).

All very exciting. Real estate is fun to watch. Lucrative to be successfully involved in and interesting to write about. Please add your comment.
